2-0 HT. Not the best performance, by any means, but a couple of dangerous seconds have made the difference.
Need to sort out the midfield and protect Doherty more in the second half.
We gave away too many chances and our shape is just weird.

Much better. Not just the scoreline, it's been open and entertaining.

Bergwijn's having a 'mare but everyone else is playing pretty well. Great to see Kane and Son firing again too.

As long as its 7-4 to us I don't mind, a reverse would be very embarrassing. It could easily be 5-5 right now. We have been second best for about 35 minutes.

Don't really deserve 2-0 but 2nd goal was a gem.
Been a few defensive brainfarts and Bergwijn still looking lost, but really good halves for Hojbjerg and Davies.

Just need to keep going and not sit back.

Bielsa can only play one way and he gets better overall results and performances than a lot of conservative managers.
You can see where Pochettino gets it from.

If they stay up (and they will), then they'll be able to sign better players and become more clinical and tighter at the back.
I suspect that the training and 100% commitment might have a limited shelf life, though. It certainly seemed to at our place.
El Loco's not the youngest coach and they'd do well to plan ahead for his eventual replacement a couple of years down the line.
Stick with it throughout the club or twist to something that might be more sustainable? Tough question.

Given Leeds have played the same all season and only
started this game 3 pts behind Spurs, they can have a lot
    more than that.

I wonder if Covid has effected Doherty because he looks slightly behind the pace. Dier is very good at stopping stuff but his passing is atrocious and Bergwijn leaves me unimpressed apart from his work rate. Overall better from Spurs but the lack of control in midfield is worrying.

still less than Spurs...so if they deserve that much credit don’t forget your dues towards our manager

I haven’t been watching prime Barca v us so I don’t get the hyperbole.

both teams have opened each other up

should be 3-0 to us if Bergwijn does his job

For all that it’s classic Jose and we’ve bemoaned it in recent weeks, this is how you play against a team who want to press and are most dangerous when they catch you in possession - let them have the ball. Early on with Poch we were frustrated by it quite a few times because he hadn’t got us breaking teams down at that point.

A couple of nervy moments defensively have been caused by us being sloppy with the ball in the middle third. Leeds are dangerous though, lots of runners going forward when they transition fast and they’re good at finding space around the box.

Hopefully we can keep getting possession in good areas and pick them off when they come at us.

It clearly works against certain opposition, but they can't be giving better teams countless pot shots at goal. It's crazy.

Classic final 3rd quality from Spurs and could easily have been 3 or 4 to be honest.

Tough second half coming up but sure Bielsa will make some changes and give it a go.

Special one + club with far greater resources/talent only 3 pts ahead of El loco.
Put your Jose "centre-spread" away, and pull your pants up.
