Classic three egg omelette here on a slice of toast. Little grating if cheddar in the middle for seasoning.

didn’t MPW once say the best way to fry an egg, is to poach in butter.

First two were medium rare, second two medium.

Prefer a rib eye to be medium rare than rare, gives that fat eye more chance to cook.

    Toast looks a bit sad.

Hit me up for my fool proof soda bread recipe.

At least your oven baked sausages thawed the bread.

issue with that is, would eat it all in one sitting. Plus everyone loves a toasted white slice with loads of butter.

Personally wouldn't have bread/toast with an omelette.

My fluffy bad boys are filling enough on their own.

Toast needs to be thick n chunky, pref sourdough, with lashings of butter and fried or poached eggs <ok>
