How do you get your chips to be under and over at the same time?

 

Disclaimer here; she did the chips.

They were cooked mind, just not very evenly!

 

Big fan of the ribeye. But need to be thick so can cook/render fat down. Sauce looks good.

How was the steak cooked?

 

Was gonna do eggs benedict. Only noticed I was short of eggs after I'd started melting the butter.
So I ended up with an egg poached in butter with mayo, fried ham, sprinkle of cayenne and grated mature cheddar butter toasted muffin thingy.

Couldn't not have another.

 

Egg poached in butter sounds ****ing awful
