I thought I read that they'd been given a postponement of the semi final which pissed me off considering what happened to orient. Read that the rule were different after the 4th round. Glad to be wrong!
rule is different in the league cup from 4th round presumably the "reason" being bigger cap between rounds so easier to reschedule rather than it might mean binning a big PL team
Brentford v Bristol's been called off due to COVID: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/55450050 How many of these is it going to take before we hit another wall?
Is that now 5 or 6 games postponed due to covid tonorrow? Safety has to come first. It’s time to postpone football indefinitely until this is back under control.
Oh look, yet another reason to be pissed off about those four points dropped against Palace and Wolves...
And one who could be on 30 points with a game in hand, but no, we have to park the bus for 60+ minutes when we lack the players to effectively park the bus for 60+ minutes...
Another game, another gifted penalty for Penited, this time courtesy of Pogba falling over his own feet.
If there was any contact (debatable), it is Pogba`s gangly leg clipping the Villa defender, which causes Pogba to trip himself up. Not clear at all, and not a definite penalty (unless you play in a red shirt of course). I have watched it several times and still can not see the Villa defender motion to kick Pogba. It was another fortunately awarded penalty which trousered extra points for a team from the Northwest.
Just goes to show, defend all game like Jose or just pass it around midfield like van Gaal and you get less penalty's. Attack and get men in the box like Ole and other teams panic.
Yeah because that’s why you get so many penalties isn’t it. Like I said earlier, if that was a Burnley or Sheff Utd player going down like Pogba did then there would be no penalty given.
