She's succeeded in people talking about a clue less no note woman who knows nothing about Leeds. A boost for her profile, which is what it was all about, bit like the washed up villa numpty, trying to get airtime.
Don Goodman commentator when we were in the Championship Phil Thompson ex Liverpool was on the Sky Sports Saturday panel alongside Merson and co
Sorry you feel like that Hemese. I don't think I called you anything wrong. I just feel society is so focused on not upsetting anyone now that people are just getting sick of it. TV, Politics, sport all seems to project a left wing bias and there doesn't seem to be an outlet for the other side to have a different opinion.
Well said Shaks. The name calling started with Hemase calling me a knuckle dragger. The debate he so wanted was closed down simply because he thinks his view is the right view and any other view is wrong and should be closed down. The man is exactly whats wrong with this country now . If you hold a different view and happen to be in the majority, you are still wrong in the eyes of these idiots.
Great piece that explains the problems around women pundits and womens football in general. It shows Hemese and his ilk as being the problem https://www.rt.com/sport/511329-karen-carney-twitter-leeds-sexism-row/
If she'd come out and said, like others have done, that she was on a wind up or just aplogised, or even stuck to her guns and fought back, she'd have got a bit of respect, eventually. There are some women pundits who I respect and who have an opinion. I certainly don't agree with Georgie Bingham but she knew her stuff. She was never an analyst though. I like Bianca Westwood and Michelle Owen who work for Soccer Saturday. I prefer anyone, especially Laura Woods, to Alan Brazil and Micky Quinn droning on about horse racing too. Just because someone was a footballer doesn't mean they can analyse football. For Carney to question Bielsa showed incredibly poor judgement so she deserved to get stick
Odd that! I thought your knuckle dragging days ended when the wife nailed a couple of roller skates to your hands.
More or less what i said in a previous post on the subject. If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen. Or in her case, back in it
