Almost like a third division version of my one year no beer fred a couple of years back

 

I think smoking definitely the hardest habit to beat.

Problem for me is if I'm not drinking/taking drugs then I need the ***s to get me through it ffs.

i havn't always been a smoker mate. it's quite disgusting really, although a workmate has just given me a zippo. Nice to have a quality lighter.

 

i will have to reel it in if i get my transfer.
