BTW just to be clear this is my final position, so when it happens that was my stance end of It's going to happen 100%
Well the new deal was signed by Bein. They need to push hard and fast imho. Does anyone know how long the arbitration lasts? Is it just everyone puts their cards on the table and a decision is made. Or does it drag on and on?
Yes, it doesn’t add up does it. I mean you don’t bite the hand that feeds you. I’m on the fence. I still don’t think there is a happy ending in it for us. But I do believe that MA wants out.
It's going to take as long as it takes in afraid and we don't know if it's actually even started might I add.
There will be but each case sets its own timeframe dependent upon what has to be determined in that case and what evidence is to be called. So, essentially, only the parties and Arbitrator will know. Nick did say something about a three week case but only guesswork as to whether that was ours. That case also didn’t seem to last three weeks but again that wouldn’t be unusual as lots of cases settle just before or in the early part of a hearing.
The Premier league and the media won't be able to point fingers this way either. It was legal end of...
Can anyone state 100% facts on this? I think De Marco and the other lady are 100% involved in some capacity. But we are guessing absolutely everything else, right?
No we're using our own intuition and taking confidence that reports have been quite clear that the aim is to win the right for the change of ownership.
No. We know the arbitration process is ongoing from the dipsticks at the PL leaking this to the Fans Consortium.
https://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/spo...astle-united-takeover-premier-league-19539038 Screw is being turned. Get Boris on board and it’s a go. We could also use a past PM in Tony Blair!
I can't find the word arbitration, aside from the early argument. There is a legal challenge from NUFC to the PL, with NCSL (fans thing) also asking for clarity via legal challenge. The indication - again no facts - is that both are the same thing and the purpose is to reveal the O&D process?
United are currently pursuing their own arbitration case and went public on the matter on November 19.
Read it. Makes some valid points but meanders and becomes too “matey” and patronising. Would have had IMO more impact if it had been kept “professional “.
