Probs a heathen thing to say, but I like Lasagne when it's been cooked and gone cold. That way the layers all stay together, rather than turning into a mush when you crack into it.
Anyway, talking of white sauce (stay with me) I notice no one had the abomination known as bread sauce in their Christmas dinners. Is anyone down with this utter ****e? If so, why. It's bread, in a sauce.
