Yep, trick is to whack them in the pan on a high heat and then switch it off almost the instant they hit the pan. Then fold them over and serve them up before they are cooked all the way through.

I know how to cook scrambled eggs, thanks!

There was plenty wobble, trust me. You need to look bit closer, they were anything but overcooked.

It's okay bro. Tobes called my Risotto 'brothy' once. The pics don't always do the dish justice.

I always make scrambled eggs in a regular pan, they just seem to cook better for some reason.

Yeah not sure about microwaved eggs bro. Tried it once and there was a nuclear pop when I stuck my fork in. I prefer less cancer.

You may have over done it a bit, bout a minute and half in all, 3 stirs, one per 30secs.

Its ok but its not pan made

This morning was a recipe I followed, Mexican breakfast.

Had to fry the chorizo first in large frying pan to release the oil, usually I'd use a saucepan.

I should have had potato in today's, with some sliced avocado on the side, but I couldn't be arsed.

Didn't make the salsa either, was shop bought.

I make this proper bangin quiche sorta thing, slice a load of sweet potato really thin, loads of spinach, about 12 eggs and loads of spices like paprika and that. Fry it all for a few mins with some onions and bind it all together, then stick the frying pan under the grill until it’s solid but not burnt, then take it out and flip it over.

Loads of protein, proper filling and healthy.
