Yes it was a gammon that was cooked in mulled wine and had a marmalade glaze - it was sublime.

simple to cook, boiled the ham in slow cooker with mulled wine, then added the glaze and then roasted it.

Not bad for a late entry.
I will ensure I post the pictures next Xmas.

I might start adding my dinners to the normal food thread - what’s the best thread.
I do quite a bit of cooking, mainly Italian.

Am I the only person who likes Sucky’s dinner? I liked the variety and the no-turkey sitch. I can get past all the aids he’s got on the baking trays cos I’ll have been smashed by lunch time.

I'd like to thank everyone who voted for me and a big thanks to @gooner4ever for turning up too late for the vote as it would certainly made it closer. To those who didn't vote for me you're probably all ****s anyway so I don't care.

I don’t even remember seeing yours bro, so that really says everything about it. Antique Gravy isn’t my thing either, trying too hard, I’d probably cave my own head in with a breeze block if I found myself making Xmas Gravy in September.

If New Year's days gravy from M&S is better I won't bother next year but then @Libby won't know when to start Christmas.

Do you have NY dinner? I think we used to do that when I was young, when my Mum actually liked me.

I’ll probs be having some Pringles and 8 cans of Amstel this year.
