It might be an idea to sign a left back in January, and move Maatsen forward. He had plenty of pace and energy on Saturday, and nearly scored as well. Purrington is too slow and Matthews is not a LB. If Doughty is off Maatsen would be a decent replacement as long as Chelsea don't do the dirty again.

 

So that should be Lapslie & Oz gone quite early?..... Oshi back to Wombles?... Levitt back to Manure after Udders game?

I really hoped he would shine with us in League One, but he has had many chances and it just has not happened.
Either he simply isn't good enough, or he is mentally too fragile.

Bit like Zaha at Palarse in some ways.
If Grimsby is the only Club where Bogle can play well, he might as well go back there.

It's surprising he wants to keep Oshi, since he clearly doesn't rate him.

Yes, keeping him on does suggest we're keeping Famewo and not getting anyone else in. He's 5th choice CB it seems. I think he should be 4th choice. This is L1, we have a wage cap.

Bow said that the player had been playing regularly so if it is from a London Prem Team it would have to be a player who is loaned to another team who they are going to recall and send to us..... that would be a Chelsea tactic???... perhaps they are recalling Gallagher from West Brom?
