Between playing west ham, michail Antonio and losing Ralph, I feel the stars are aligning against us.

Ralph is a leader. True leadership is very difficult to define, and it’s incredibly rare in any walk of life. A good leader can get 20% more out of a team than they might otherwise be capable of.

I would be a lot happier if the team had their leader on the touch line, personally. But since we don’t, let’s hope they all know exactly what’s expected of them, and give that extra 20%, for Ralph. And for the fans, who also won’t be there.

Yea good point, don’t want to see a pause, but with everyone meeting up for Xmas and new year ....inevitably infections will go through the roof next month.
