yes me also. dont see there is anyone else even close to Harry Boy. hope he gets it regardless of how Fabio does in the euros 2012.
is that all there is worry about. who cares even if he has not paid his taxes just as long as he can lead England to a World Cup Win. I am lucky enough, just, to have seen 1966 and all that. Some things are worth ignoring and Harrys taxes are one of them. imo.
The problem with some of the really good England club managers is that of continuous personal influence on the players in getting them to "tear up trees for them". The manager of England doesn't get them very often so the influence they command is often "play well and you can stay in the team". Not enough with a changing room full of milliionaires, many of whom may not really want to be there deep down. Think someone like Harry R does have the nearest thing to respect from most of these players as he has been part of their life in some form or another for a long time. Worth a shot in my book. And as he seems to really want the job they wouldn't be paying silly money.
Capello's definitely leaving anyway. I wonder if he'll visit St. James' Park or the Stadium of Light before his 4 years are up.
Thats near my work great places out there on sandbanks expensive and beautiful in the summer! my opinion is give stu pierce a go he done well with the u21s or put taylor back in lol
Please not Stuart Pearce. I watched the under-21s last summer and he managed to make players like Cleverly, Welbeck and Sturridge look like they could not play football, only the defenders seemed to do ok under him, except poor Michael Mancienne who for some reason was deployed as a holding midfielder!
I don't agree that it has to be an English manager, especially when the ones available maybe aren't that great. Not a fan of Redknapp personally, i think he rides his luck a lot and maybe tactically will be found out internationally, was very lucky that he had Bale playing like Superman last season also.
that would be a massive shock to the football world if that happened. wenger has the safest seat after SAF.
I personally would miles prefer an all English manager, I'm not one for Foriegn managers managing another National footy team. I think most fans and players a like would prefer an English Man who they can understand without the use of a translator. Plus I think an English Manager would display far more passion for managing his own country. ENGLAND should be managed by an ENGLISH MAN, no debate.
Ah yes "passion" thats what we lack at international level isnt it. Up and at em boys- bollocks. You cant make a silk purse out of a sows ear whether your English, Dutch, Italian.
