    Change down to lost.

Win or draw tomorrow we go above the Wurzels. Now if that's not an incentive nothing is.

Bristol City seem to follow a pattern each season, even with new players and managers! :emoticon-0103-cool:

Preston are a strange team. You just cannot predict that they’ll do.

Don't worry mate. I may know if the Bluebirds are home or away but often have problems with my own whereabouts.

Watford have sacked their manager after 4 months in charge.
They now seek their 5th manager in 12 months.
Gary Monk or Russell Slade perhaps <whistle>

I guess if we threw in a couple of quid and a lifetime's supply of Brains SA we might have a chance.

I expect NH given his mysterious tactics asks the same question as RH. "Can you tell what it is yet?"

Clingo - whatever happens in those 2 games, I expect all four teams involved to finish above us. Apart from them, Norwich are nailed on for playoffs if not autos, and Watford will be up there as well. Top 6 looks like a closed shop though there maybe a place for another club (or even 2) who can get it right through January.

Difficult to know what's the best route for City. Gamble in January with some decent additions to try to break into that top 6, or accept we're just not good enough and start from scratch?

Big decisions to make at the club and in all honesty have probably been made already. The major decision to be made about the direction we are going and who can take us there. Management and money - always the deciding factors.

Couldn't agree more. There are a couple of clubs that are streets ahead of us and others that are simply better than us. The Jacks play their first game on their new pitch tonight which will no doubt help their cause. In the meantime, it looks like the Cardiff Blues will be playing a few games at the CCS again with the Arms Park and Rodney Parade both out of commission.
With regard to us, it still depends on how much interest VT still has in the club and whether he's prepared to get the right footballing people running it. As we stand, I'd like to see us keep enough of what we've got to ensure we don't get relegated. A new manager that can utilise what we have for a few months and then put into place some radical changes in the summer would be good. Of course, as you say, money and ambition are key.
