Is that Sandbanks? I used to cut the lawns around there when I was skint. Had to use my own mower, but they let me keep the bits of grass sticking to the blades for my own compost (sometimes). Those were the days.

sorry to disappoint. global warming doesn't mean less rain, indeed it may well lead to increased rainfall in the UK. it may also - ironically - lead to colder weather as one of the effects could be the gulf stream changing path and giving us more arctic air flows.
