I don’t think fans think they need the red card to get the result but it’s definitely an advantage for your team to exploit if possible and that’s what it comes down to. Its the same as wanting/claiming a penalty I suppose...can’t teams score from open play to get the result?
Not even that ... he's by far their most inventive and dangerous player ... as he showed with his goal ... they committed something like 16 fouls... McTominey had a fair few but Fernandez almost certainly had the most ... he left his foot in on the far touch line in the second half (befire the goal) and the commentator made the point that he needed to be careful given he was already on s yellow ... if that's Marc Albrighton it would likely have been a yellow ... that means he doesn't score ... and that's the point ...
Put it in the bottom of the tray that you roast the turkey in...once turkey is cooked the back off **** stuff will have really added flavour to the juices in the pan. Remove them and the extra fat znd then use the rest to make a gravy.
A fair comparison. But if someone said we should've got a pen, then I'd feel the exact same as I do here I'm probably not explaining it very well, I just wouldn't use a non-sending off as a reason for not winning a game that's all.
I do mate ... should have heard what I yelled at Jonny Evans for giving away a cheap throw in for the first goal... second time he did it in the game when he could have hooked up field or simply smashed it into Rashford and hoped for a goal kick ...
I'm not watching tbh. Going to have a lazy break before the Chelsea/Arsenal calamity-fest later. Popcorn in the pan
What's funny is you bouncing off the walls with the draw.... after your prediction half hour before kick-off
