    I used to feel the same way about Ross when he 1st arrived.

    So it’s too early to be counting chickens.

    You can see differences with both straight away though but to be fair the players thought highly of Ross too. Sometimes it's not about a manager doing a bad job sometimes it's about the whole club and I think it was with Ross. Yes he made mistakes but he was also a victim of circumstances. Had Maja stayed we would be in championship and Ross would still be here potentially

    Agreed, Ross was so close and Maja would of probably made the difference.
    Grigg was not the answer and not Ross's choice apparently.
    Kinnell we could of got 8 better strikers for that money. :D

    Best to forget about Parky :(

    What I like about Johnson, his quip about erecting a gnome outside the ground for a start :D

    And the fact he is attack focused.
    Although I did read he started off the same but changed to defensive with Bristol.
