    Hi guys, hammers fan here,

I have been following your results closely for 2 reason. Alan Pardew and Demba Ba. I think Pardew has done a brilliant job and has been given no credit for it whatsoever.

Also Demba Ba, who was brilliant for us. My mate is a Toon fan and he said at the start of the season that he looked pretty poor, i told him to stick with him because he will get you lots of goals. In the 12 matches he was with West Ham, he scored 7 goals, that was with a team bottom of the prem! So what are your thoughts on him?

    Good luck for the season!

Since the end of Ramadan he's improved massively and looks a good player.

Thanks mate, yeah basically Ba's problem was at the start of the season he wasn't eating properly because of the fasting, last couple of games definitely looking better.

Ba has looked the real deal since Ramadan ended. 4 goals already for us!!!

As for Pards, I am very happy with him. I think we were all, to put it politely, sceptical in his appointment but he has proved us all wrong and is doing a sterling job. He has created a buzz around the club that has infected the whole club, both the reserve team and academy team are top of there leagues as well as our excellent start to the premier league season!!

He's a good player and barring any injuries he'll surely reach double figures by the end of the season. Also it's incomprehensible how West Ham were relegated when they had talents like Ba and Parker.

    Flying Dutchman,

That was partly down to some players not putting any effort in and a clueless manager

I think your wrong in the fact that Pardew hasn't been given any credit. Of course we were all a bit sceptical at first but we've still backed him. His tactics are generally right, and he seems to get the best out of the players and handles the media well....I do however have 2 complaints with him; 1) he speaks to the media to often, often repeating what he has already said or stating the obvious; 2) Some (not all) of his substitutions are questionable. Otherwise he's doing a cracking job!

As for Ba, I think he will only get better, he got off to a poor start (as people have already stated) but has since found his form and hopefully will bag us atleast 15 goals this season, along with Best. I think they form a good partnership.

Good luck in the Championship, the fans are amazing there!

If Ba continues like he is, he could become a toon legend.

Same with Pardew, he seems an excellent man-manager and has a squad that does his thing.

As everyone else say, Ba at the beginning of the season had that religious thing and was off the pace, now he is the real deal and is a handful for any defence. As for Pardew, I am still not 100% convinced by him for some reason, but with the results being good he is slowly winning me over.

I have been looking at West Ham's results too - mainly because of Kevin Nolan. I like what he did for us, but was good that we offloaded him imo. I rate Abdoulaye Faye highly too - did well for us! Your manager on the other hand - well, he's a **** ;)

    Mr Wonderful,

Nolan hasnt been wonderful unfortunately. He is a good captain but some of performances have been pretty poor. If he wasnt captain he would of been dropped by now. We have loads of good midfielders so it is frustrating seeing him keep his place when he isnt playing well.

    Thats Nolan for you...

As for Ba, i really like him. The way him and Best work together and their link up play with the midfield is really good.

I'd like to see if Ba and Ben Arfa could work together, but its a hard decision to drop Best and change the formaiton.

Bothdone well so far. Give Nolan a bit of time its still early days. The guy scores goals if used correctly. How are you finding Fat Sam and his kick and run? I must admit I thought it a match made in hell with your clubs tradition of playing football properly.

On Allardyce, im yet to be impressed. A couple of good performances away at Watford and Nottm Forest but we shouldnt be hanging on to 1-0 at home to Peterbrough or losing at home to Ipswich. Wouldnt be surprised if you lot went fot Cole in January, him and Ba were best mates and worked quite well together
