Started my Xmas journey through pork today. Slice of warm pork pie from butchers after picking up my order and followed up with a bacon butty. have a loin/belly for Porchetta to stuff and tie up for Boxing Day.
Making a pork and beef meatloaf, 1st time trying one, possibly gonna give it a chutney filling of some kind.
