Anyone tried them? basically a South African dried and cured beef sausage with coriander and spices. Kinda like dried black pudding in taste or texture. Can highly recommend it. Just got a small pilot batch to try and I’ll be ordering a lot more.
A definite no from me. Stick to Cumberland sausage which is my favourite type of sausage preferably local butcher made.
