We also keep playing Bale and Moura together, which means one unfit bloke and another playing on the wrong side. Where's Bergwijn? Missed a couple of chances against Liverpool and now he's disappeared entirely. I assume that he's injured, alongside Ndombele and Lo Celso. Also, why is Alli Gold getting the team news 24 hours early?
Played in an earlier round for Swansea against Newport. They lost 2-0. He was in a back three with Kyle Naughton...
It's terrible squad management in my opinion. I know Jose's had his critics for it in the past but that's often due to attitude issues with players but this insistence on overplaying some and then playing others out of position is just bizarre. I thought Poch was bad with how he managed certain players but Jose's on another level, not impressed with this aspect of his management.
Ah ok Sounds like it was worth it for him then Hope we see more of Rodon alongside one of Toby or Dier the next few games, I think he's a player with tremendous potential and his experience in the Championship means he's no rookie. You'd think he'd be within a very good chance of starting one or two of the Fulham, Leeds or Marine matches.
It's quite Pochettino-esque. I always felt that he had little choice in it, though that was at least partially self-inflicted by all accounts, but Mourinho's got no excuse. He has other options and isn't using them, while misusing the ones that he has picked. I'm glad that Doherty, Winks and Alli have been selected and that Moura's in the team. I'm not happy with where the Brazilian will be playing or that Kane and Hojbjerg are starting.
I'm always funny about these kits being used for one or two games. It's actually a decent design. Looks nice. Not very Tottenham, but the third kits tend to be a bit like that now, for some reason. Hope it doesn't become a cursed one.
It's a world wide audience for kit sales now and green is significant in the far east and the middle east. That might be a factor.
Winning and getting through to the semis is the most important thing. Resting players but losing is pointless. Jose wants to win this competition so expect to see strong teams with key players for the remainder
Delighted to see James McClean in the Stoke side - i wonder how many of our players he will maim tonight! C O Y S
He's still a dangerous player, in every sense of the word. Grafts his arse off and puts his foot in, while being a goal threat. He's been in and out of their side this season, which might be because of fitness.
Easily pleased (you're gonna love the pair of socks - pee-free - that I've put under your xmas tree for you) .
