I can only guess that remainers don't value sovereignty and they see self governance as an empty box .
Being dictated to by Ursula and Merkel probably the children of Nazis is not a good look.

If Johnson still has us locked into the political side of the EUROPEAN UNION (In a terrible deal similar to the one May offered ) then the gift of sovereignty was an empty gesture.

I find it amusing that the French blocked our entry into the common market, as it was known then, no less than 3 times because of the fishing zones and would not relent until they had been granted a 12 mile limit and we had to put up with 6 miles. When it happens they're gonna loose a lot of fish, so will have to resort back to snails poor sods.

 

Not getting that vibe from the rest of your post tbh
