    As l understand it WA appears to be doing a great job of handling this awful situation. Strict as owt - virual closed borders.
    Folk forget the country is a confederation of States (similar but not exactly as USA) whereby each state has an awful lot of autonomy. So the ‘island’ anology is not quite applicable there.

    O I didn't know babies posted on here..

    Although after only a couple of days of g' kids school holidays we have already had Frozen I and II...and its raining again.

    As for UK politics, I still do not think we are as bad as the USA, Trump is thinking of calling martial law to re-run the election!

    Brexit has caused huge rows/splits it will slowly calm down I reckon deal or no deal...

    As for Bonko he just lurches from disaster to disaster. He cannot be blamed for the pandemic, as such, but he just reacts after events get out of hand, rather than being ahead of the problems. The deal no deal saga does not look oven ready. I wanted Brexit but suspect no deal (because of 0.1% of the economy fishing is holding a deal up) Bonko is bonkers..

    The problem for Bonko is a lot of Tory MPs think the same.. the shine started coming off over not sacking Cummings for breaking lockdown. Then a lot of U turns, well done Rashford.
