So sad that. I remember going to the old factory in Aston, about 28 years ago or more. anyway to keep it in topic, when we beat Fulham we will be en route to qualify fir Europe where hopefully we will play a team based near the factory they make HP sauce in.
I am wondering if we could play Armstrong centrally and Diallo on the left. Upfront is a bit trickier but it needs to be someone that presses high if that be Long or N'Lundulu.
I'll be sending food parcels to family post brexit HP sauce included. It's a national disgrace it's made in the Netherlands gobshite gatemouth Farage should have gotten onto that never mind getting back the control we already had. The game at Fulham will be one of two halves, I have high hopes we'll come away with three points after 90+ minutes.
After seeing how slow he was in the first 5 mins of Citeh game, perhaps he needs to have salad instead. I'm 71 and I'd be embarrassed if I was that slow at the start of the game.
"In May 2006, Heinz announced plans to switch production of HP Sauce from Aston to its European sauces facility in Elst, Netherlands, only weeks after HP launched a campaign to "Save the Proper British Cafe". It's between Arnhem and Nijmegen there is beer. https://www.google.com/maps/search/heinz elst netherlands/@51.8933067,5.1736388,76804m/data=!3m1!1e3 Three points at Fulham to keep us on route to Europe.
Absolutely. He offers far more from there and the one thing we’ve lacked a bit is someone running direct at defenders with pace. Scares the b cheeses out of them.
Diallo in for Romeu is the obvious replacement. But be interesting to see who Ralph goes with for our attacking positions. Who partners Che? And who starts on the wings? We could do with Armstrong playing himself into form again as he offers something none of the rest of our attackers do. Think I'd go Armstrong and Theo, With Che and Tella upfront. Maybe Che and Obafemi, but he seems to have fallen out of favour. I suppose could have Che and Djenepo up top too. Theres no stand out option imo. At full strength I think we'd win this relatively comfortably. But Romeu and Ings are two of our top performers this season. Fulham also missing their captain and best defender. Could be anything this game, but we need to win it really with tough games coming up.
McCarthy KWP- Bednarek- Vestie- Bertie Redmond armstrong diallo jwp Adams-Walcott give Walcott another go up top, that way we can play both redmond and Walcott.
Have you watched our recent games? I ask because he is the least deserving of a starting place at the moment, unless it was an ultimatum to him. I like Redders but he seems in a rut at the moment. I’d hoped his goal against the blades would have lifted him.
Yeah, weird with Redmond, he seemed to have no confidence against City, whilst the rest of the team took the bull by the horns and matched them asides from scoring!
Alex KWP-Jan-Ves-Bert Arm-Dia-JWP-Wal Adams-N’Lundulu I think 2 big pacy strikers will terrify Fulham, and Theo and Stu will run rampant in behind them.
Didn’t look like that to me. I thought he was simply trying too hard. Ralph must see something I training - and don’t forget his superb strike against the Blades. Maybe a start will be less pressure for him
Looking forward to this one. Fulham have found a bit of form and won't be pushovers. Looking forward to seeing more of Diallo, looks a different type of player to Romeu but very composed. Would like to see more of N'Lundulu for a bit longer, he looks like he has a lot of pace and could get on the end f some JWP crosses. Edit. Sorry wrong thread ^^^ Yes Brown sauce with smoked bacon in a thick chunky cut granary sandwich. Stick a Cumberland sausage in there and that's job done. Washed down with a nice cup of tea.
