Hoping for rain as I think it will benefit those I cheer most for, Button, Schumi and Senna. If you click on "5 Day Forecast" it is cloudy and sunny up until Wednesday when the rain comes, hope it lasts a few days.
Most of the 10 day forecasts I've seen are going for a rainy Wednesday and Thursday, patchy Friday, clear Saturday but (an average of) 60% chance of rain on Sunday. One predicted a completely clear race weekend.
Problem with Japan is that it never just rains, its pisses down. Don;t think there is a direct Japanese transaltion for a light shower or drizzle...........
Gotta love that, I really really hope it does. Mixed conditions and anything could happen. I want to see senna using his uncles genes, which he showed slightly in his first race back that he might have inherited. ;D
I want a nice clean dry race, we've had too many wet ones this year. Vettel, Button, Hamilton, Alonso have all won in the wet so you will see the usual suspects at the front anyway.
yes I agree, I really miss a nice sunny race, but rain will still offer the best odds at mixing it up although it is still pretty certain that Red Bull will be on top again. Nothing against them, they made a great effort and huge congrats, but nothing can change there now I rather see some rookies on the podium with some luck. Senna/Ricciardo/maldonado for example, that would be epic, or any rookies for that matter, but yea keep dreaming me I guess
Showers may just call for some urgent tactical change, and may mean juggling of positions and maybe more overtaking required. If so bring it on!
