A blogger who bared into a meeting at the Palestinian Research Centre, not a blog post - which is what I said, twice

As for his source, I'll just hand this over to someone who already covered the main bullet points...

I'd take any of those Italian regional leaders who posted videos of them giving an utter bollocking to their constituents

You rub along for years thinking that a totalitarian dictatorship would be pretty much unlovable...

    Dibs on his liver

On the subject of who should be first in line when the food supplies run out...

He wants them to do a deal and get a good one. That's what he should want, isn't it?
It won't happen, as there's no good deal to be done and Boris is utterly incompetent, but they're not going to **** Brexit off, are they?

It's abundantly clear to anyone with eyes or ears that the Tories aren't going to get one and try and blame the EU for it, even though it's been clear that No Deal is their agenda as best demonstrated by De Pfeffel's "oven-ready deal" never existing in the first place

So with this in mind, why the hell is Starmer trusting the Tories to do anything other than sit in the corner yelling "FISH!!!" over and over again until the time runs out, especially at this point where we're more ****ed than usual due to becoming the largest plague island in world history?

Common sense would tell him that, no, allowing the Tories to stick to their timetable is the worst thing he could possibly ask for - worse than asking Gordon Brown to stand next to him as if that's all it would take to win back Scottish voters - and he should have been demanding an extension the second James Dimwittedly started gaslighting the public because it was clear what they're trying to pull, and with various countries shutting their borders to us it's even more clear that we need an extension because having food imports held up at the border due to Covid regs is already proving catastrophic so the only thing that could make it worse is limply stumbling out of the EU without a deal on top of it

Also, here's a thought that the FBPE mob appear to have never had: Starmer would be at the negotiating table right now, but for some reason that's the one thing they absolutely didn't want. How does that make sense?
