It's interesting and you should have a thick gravy at the end of it once sieved.

It's very nice but not very beefy but I'll sort that on the day with the beef juices and seasoning.
Not sure the corned beef added any flavour.
It tastes very xmasy, the sage and the port I guess.

 

I know he's a bit mental but I want to try it.

 

I think it would have been better if I'd used a better quality corned beef instead of Lidl's own brand.

The missus just tasted it and she said she liked it.

She's not one to mince her words when it comes to food.
