Yes I mentioned Palmer and so has Holden, so I am in good company.

I expect to see you rip Holden a new one if he recalls 'the useless' Palmer.

Good to see that the recent cull by Sky of their pundits is paying dividends.

Just called Rudd, Bentley 3 times.

All of our crosses are way to close to the keeper, we need to be pulling some back to the penalty spot area, vary it up a bit, it’s been to predictable for weeks now when we overlap

I know Jiffie won't agree but thought ODowda was our MOM, had to make their keeper pull off a couple of saves too......
Better 2nd half but on the whole pretty dire, didn't think that much of Preston either TBF but defended well

A somewhat better second half but this is nowhere near good enough to make us progress. In reality I could have been watching any Bristol City team from the last 8-10 years because nothing has improved and we continue to be beset with poor management and coaching, and if you combine all those things with the continuous revolving door of below average players you can understand why we will forever spin the wheels. Year after year of talking the talk but never having the balls to walk the walk and until that philosophy changes here we will stay. Get on the phone to Eddie Howe now before the bus gets home and pay whatever he wants to show you how to get success with your football team. Oh I forgot to mention that you would need to listen to him so I suppose you will continue your way.

P.S. onefor, I though O'Dowda was one of the better ones out there tonight as well.

Much better 2nd half but still to me never looked like scoring and in fact Preston had the only clear cut chance of the 2nd half.

First half we lacked fight and quality.

    Second half we lacked quality.

Semenyo seriously needs to be taught some composure, he's got so much talent but is becoming a 6foot Junior Bent.

But as I said much better 2nd half, although for me Preston (who are not that good) proved that you don't have to be that good, just harry us in midfield, we are easy to play against.

The referee should have given Fisher a 2nd yellow.

I also think Hunt's crossing needs to improve, Semenyo just needs to taste of a goal, trying too hard IMO, but good impact player.
I agree, Fisher should have gone and we do lack quality, but maybe it only needs a couple of players to put it right

ODowda was shocking first half, much better 2nd half just to wasteful for me.

Here's the problem from my perspective, if we manage to ever get either Williams and or Walsh fit or we sign somebody and they solve our midfield woes, we can only play ODowda or Paterson or Weimann, but not a combination of them, because that only weakens our midfield more.

    Bentley MOM for me.

City were better 2nd half but Tbf it was maybe because Preston had something to hold on to and sat back.
Secondly Massengo and Moore were subbed.
    They are useless.
As for Semenyo - There's a player in there somewhere, he has pace and talent but what goes on between his ears is anyone's guess.

To me Massengo just runs around in circles and then loses the ball. He does tend to look busy but it rarely leads to any positives and his tackling is weak and was highlighted today by his poor attempt to tackle just seconds before the penalty. People say he's still developing but for goodness sake how much longer does he need to show us the goods?

He runs about a bit, for me though he doesn’t create enough , he loses the ball too much and too easily as well.
