We've been here a few times and he then gets a win against the run of play, but if he doesn't get that win tomorrow I think the games vs City, Liverpool and Leicester will finally expose the reality. If you just look at the table you can forgive the pundits and media because the reality is they don't watch every game.
I'm not surprised he's lost the dressing room, the f*cker doesn't know his way round a football pitch and certainly can't see how to get the best out of the players he's got.
Bruce wants players to just run around a dig deep, but that's not why te want to play football.. They want to enjoy it.. Any player of any real quality would want out.
I'm sniffing the end of his tenure you know, it's not going well. Once the players are banging onto their agents and Charnley is getting a bunch of calls, Bruce is gonna be under serious pressure.

I think the players are orchestrating his downfall to be honest, its quite clearly the football bringing everyone down. It's just so negative, and not negative in a "listen, lets make it really hard for them" like you see from a Fat Sam or Hodgson, it's a "we don't really know what we're doing, so just pass it about or lose possession aimlessly." Joelinton (yes him), Wilson and Almiron are carrying it right now with individual brilliance. Nothing more.
His days are numbered, because it really is apparent he can't coach in a style of play.. He must changes formations and tries players here there and everywhere trying to strike it lucky. I must've said this several times now, but he's got a habit of getting a lucky win when he needs it, but sooner or later I think we'll go on a really bad run... He needs a result tomorrow because of not looking at the fixtures coming like you say he's on his way.
I disagree, especially at the top of the pitch. I think people are just changing their minds suddenly because of how badly they are coached now, every single one of them has gradually gotten worse. At what point do you stop saying nonsense like "well the entire 11 are ****ing ****" or, this fat useless slob doesn't know how to coach premier league players. I've pointed out before, laziness is why Bruce doesn't EVER win more than 2 games on the bounce, he refuses to change his tactics depending on opponent. It's pure laziness.
Bang on the money. We don't press, we don't track back, we have no idea how to even defend a counter attack. We know nothing of the basics, we are just aimless, hoping for someone to do something good. And if it doesn't work, we do some formation porn and hope it works this week, hope the opposing manager hasn't drilled that into them, surprise them. It's ****ing 2001 football this, crap coaching. I know for a fact, Howe, or someone even in the Championship right now would know how to coach these players better. **** me, Neil Warnock gets better out of sides ffs.
I listened to him saying today that it's work in progress and you can't just change it over night.. I mean I agree, but he's had 19 months 90 million and there's not one indication of this 'style of play' he claims he's working towards.... He's changed things nearly every week for a start. The only game we looked good was vs Bournemouth when he played 4 2 3 1 with max and almiron both on the side... The clubs then seemingly brought the players to suit a 4 2 3 1, but he refuses to even try it... Its just bewildering tbh...
He's running around picking up scraps and being asked to be a hold up man on top of it... These players are being asked to just run around defend EVERY single week and they're sick of their lives. Stan collymore who I hate actually got it spot on a out Bruce a couple of weeks ago when he said the same thing.
This is the most confusing part, we are absolutely built for playing an aggressive, front foot style, bombing down the wings with ****ing pace, strong people. Almiron has proven he can score, Wilson is on fire, Joelinton has really shown he's a capable winger with a beautiful eye for a through ball. But we don't utilise any of it. it's depressing, probably one of the most promising 11s we've ever had (under Ashley) and it's ****ing wasted. It really just makes me fall out of love with the entire club, I absolutely hate everything about us right now. Not a single positive.
I think that's the most frustrating thing is that nothing Bruce does makes any sense at all.. Its like he's operating in a different universe to the rest of us. I wonder if because he's so useless at coaching and because he's being constantly questioned that he seeks to to strange things hoping it works, so he can go look who else would've played 3 cms, drop their best players to the bench and play attacking midfielders at full back...
