Burke has looked our best attacking threat with his runs out of defence with the ball. He needs to find the confidence to push on further with those runs though.
But let's not forget we are top of the league and all is rosey ! Smallwood is doing his job in there .. but we are severely lacking on creativity due to Honeymans absence .. Slater is another who just runs around looking busy without actually doing anything and Scott is an embarrassment to the shirt. As has been said Wilks decision making is schoolboy and Magennis has the touch of a cart horse.
Pompey definitely better all round in first half. City really do need to step out up if we're hoping for anything in the second. Worrying.
Just seen it, definitely an own goal Can't comment on the first half as I only saw 5mins but sounds as like the poor form has continued
2 reasons ... 1. Fatigue 2. Our tactics have been found out so teams are just swamping us in midfield leading to point 1, ya can't expect 3 lads to compete against 4 all the time .. midfield and defence become over worked and this happens. Only one bloke at fault for this demise
