Why would the PGMOL dislike Liverpool so much they’d seek to cheat to deny Liverpool the title?
PGMOL was established under Ferguson to allow a core of pro-Man Utd referees to be more consistently appointed to Premier League games. That bias remains in its officials and management, which is why the worst Man Utd side ever still sets world records for penalties being awarded.

My mind immediately turned to Mane at Goodison, and the line being drawn from his elbow when I saw that last night. Don't get me wrong, when they're that close they should be given imo - but as you say, the PGMOL are fairer to some than others.
You got two highly debatable penalty decisions in your favour at Fulham.
Got one that wasn't even in the same ballpark as the one Robertson was denied against Burnley last July when Coote adjudged there was no clear and obvious error, but if you're also going to lump in the handball from Windy's free kick then presumably you think Suarez on the line against Ghana in 2010 was debatable too?
