Looks like a return of last season's 343 on attack/451 on defence tactics Tactics that pretty much all of us hated as they made us very predictable to play again, I seem to recall...
I cannot understand Liverpool fans getting worried. They are on such a run at Anfield, I don't see us getting anything from this game. The table is mad 1 Tottenham 12 25 2 Liverpool 12 25 3 Southampton 13 24 4 Leicester 13 24 5 Everton 13 23 6 Chelsea 13 22 7 Man City 12 20 8 West Ham 12 20 9 Man Utd 11 20 10 Wolves 13 20
Not really keen on this 442 formation. Sissoko’s been having a great season alongside Hojbjerg at CM so why alter his position? And if you’re gonna play 442, it’s even more bemusing not to have another striker on the bench...
ahh so it is 442. I don’t get it either. Liverpool aren’t at full strength at the back, but it feels like we’re set up in a way that’s going to hamper us from taking advantage of this. we already look a bit over run.
Does that Aurier cross count as a shot? It's about as close as we're getting in this half, by the looks of it.
At a guess, Sissoko's on the right to keep Robertson quiet, which also means Aurier can play the free role down the right You know, the free role that routinely drove us insane last season...
I can understand going away to Liverpool and parking the bus, but it doesn’t really feel like we’re doing that. I can’t work out what the plan is. It doesn’t feel like we’re particularly well set up to counter either.
