Seen plenty of Test matches and if you've grown up on it, it's as interesting on Day 1 as it is on Day 5 especially because it all matters to the end result.

Some excellent matches I can recall, some good, some poor but like any team sport depends who you're watching.

As mentioned earlier I don't like that the weather can influence a result.

Spend 4 days putting everything into it n then it's for nothing cos you live in ****ing England.

That doesn't help? <laugh>

Was an 80's Darts themed game show where fat Northerners would gamble the £50 and a teasmaid they'd won on the chance to win Bully's special prize.

Which was either a new car if they lost, or a ****ty sofa if they won.

Do you not have the stamina for 4-5 pints a session and a swift couple of ciders at lunch. India, Pakistan or Australia and the grounds are banging. Trent. Bridge is great, then Leeds and old Trafford. Stick lords and oval.

Edgbaston best Test venue mate. By a fair stretch.

Followed by Trent Bridge, The Oval, then Old Trafford.

Only been to Lords once and it was great place to watch and has a really different atmosphere but it's not as buzzing as the others.

Not a fan of Headingly. Sofia Gardens is ok too, but a bit small.

Sounds whack tbh

I don't mind that so much because those 4 days could've had some great battles and been entertaining to watch. The matches that I always found utter **** were the ones which dragged on for 5 days and end in a draw cos ****s can't take the wickets or runs to win. Some of the grounds were notorious for this.

I'd just add that what makes Test cricket different is it's played as internationals which is part of the attraction.
