Honeyman, Smallwood and Emmanuel need to be rested before the big games coming up, and the 3 in mid-field switched to 4 or we'll be overrun. McNutt needs to play to win with a younger mid-field. Greaves in CMF is a risk but we need his movement and aggression. I'd go Ingram Coyle Burke McLoughlin Elder Wilks Batty Greaves Docherty Magennis KLP
If you were going to go with that I’d have KLP wide and Wilks up top. I’d have Burke in midfield if you were pushing a centre back on as he is the better passer of the ball.
Can't seeing him changing formation .. hasnt yet .. but if he was to put a 4th pair of legs in there then Batty would be the shoe in and id be tempted to play Wilks off Magennis in a front 2 or even KLP
i actually googled grob and ducket to see when the name change happened despite me drinking in there as a young man.
I think what happens is.... the defence is pretty much spoken for, but I dont see how one only performed at 80% game gets Emmanuelle dropped.... the rest, he has one of those bingo machines, the balls go in and if you come out your in the team...
Josh looked knackered and Coyle came on and his fresh energy gave us a lift. It's no surprise about Josh, he's got through an astonishing amount of work this season and it's probably our strongest position in terms of depth so makes perfect sense.
4 3 3 again then ....... let's see how it pans out .. gorgeous George not even on bench to come on and rescue us .. this might be interesting
