I have visited and lived in China it is an amazing place with great people but they live under oppressive tyranny and back in 70s millions starved to death as a direct result of communism.
They are only taught the history the CCP want them to remember, most 20 somethings have mo idea about their past.

Statues were removed books were destroyed Mao even changed the written language.
What we are seeing with far leftists screaming at regular people out having dinner forcing them to say black lives matter is the same as the struggle sessions where brainwashed CCP members would accuse regular people of disloyalty to their cult.
