I can quote dozens of incidents where no one has a clip of them because cameras were not everywhere in those days. Though Waggy did describe one of his goals as a handy goal.
No doubt someone in Canada would tell him they don't believe him if there wasn't a clip of it.

Just so people believe what others tell them about the Battle Of Bramall Lane have you any clips of it?

Think Jones has a hamstring injury? I agree Batty has looked more influential than Slater but think the problem is that his normal position is CDM and in that position I'm afraid he just isn't as effective as Smallwood. I' wouldn't mind seeing Batty ALONGSIDE Smallwood, allowing him to get forward a bit more.

Maybe it's just me, but our formation does look like 2 CDM's these days!!?? Smallwood & Doc recently, Smallwood & Jones before that. 4 2 3 1

Midfield is our weakness when it comes to depth and it's actively being looked at as the place where we will bring at least one and hopefully 2 in over the Jan window, also looking at moving on Jordi permanently and some of the younger squad members on loan

Jordi has to move on. His heart doesn’t look in it anymore. We have plenty of cover in this area and we can sign better than him if we get promoted again. Midfield we will need another in for sure as at some point we must change our formation to prevent the excessive tiredness that blights a continuous 4 3 3. In addition we must find ourselves a forward who suits the system better. Or change the system and I think we will get a whole heap more from our two big lads.

He has asked to go, there has been a tentative approach that's being worked on and it should be a straight forward one.

I'm sure our glorious leader, or both of them will tell us that they have enough in terms of staff to get through... the only coming might be this lad from Bohemains...

Ive heard the MLS are still interested and a team in Scotland are also wanting him on loan.

I think it’s a shame, he’s better than League One, but something has happened to his confidence that’s stopped him developing.

It's nothing to do with confidence and all to do with arrogance, he thinks he's to good to play in a bottom half championship team let alone a L1 team and its spilling over into how he's training and conducting himself. He'll be gone in Jan for an undisclosed fee

I asked where the enquiry came from and all he said was it's not the MLS, but he did still think the MLS link up could resurface

It's a pity his playing doesn't match his ego? If that's his problem, the sooner he's gone the better - we don't need any **** here who thinks they're doing us a favour.

I hate to say it jordi but I’ve not seen anything to suggest your better than us. In fact we’ve got better, which is quite damming because we can defend like Sunday league at times

I think Coyle could be a useful holding midfielder alongside Smallwood. He is quick in the tackle and distributes the ballot intelligently.
