Wilder was exhausted and barely able to move in the 12th yet nearly knocked Fury out. In the Wallins match, he sustained enough damage from someone not renowned for his boxing skills that the fight was nearly called off by the doctor. If he fights like that vs Joshua then he is done imo.
How can you claim Fury beaten the odds? He has taken a much, much easier path then Joshua in only facing 4 top ten ranked boxers in his entire career plus he has failed drug tests for steroids. Fury gets given so much slack - man is a far right hypocrite who literally tried to give up his British citizenship on multiple occasions but because he gives funny interviews, is always forgiven.

While it is commendable that Fury was able to overcome his mental health problems, it doesn't absolve him of all his other actions to me. Also I know the heavyweight division isn't as strong as it was back in the day and neither would have a chance against the likes of Tyson and Lewis imo, but right now Joshua has fought better boxers then Fury. Fury nearly got knocked out by Wilder and finished the Wallins fight covered in his own blood - sure he won those fights but he wasn't comfortable. I am of the opinion that he can't do that against Joshua and that his best bet is to fight behind the jab and not let him come close. If the fight does ever happen then we shall see. Doubt it will for a long time yet until fans can fill arenas or can travel to places where they can so lets see if Usyk or whatever bum Tyson faces can do something until then.
Anyway enough about that - next week is Canelo vs Smith. It's been announced that the winner will also get the vacant WBC super middleweight title. What are your predictions? I will be rooting for Smith but after seeing how Canelo was able to take apart Kovalev after jumping two weight classes, I am not willing to bet on it.
That is long and short of it. Canelo has never even been knocked down and I can't see any other way that Smith can beat him - especially given his last fight vs Ryder.

Not sure how nearly getting KO’d (but getting up from a massive bomb from the biggest puncher in boxing) by Wilder is a bad thing, but hey ho. Neither Wilder or Wallin managed a sustained attack on Fury. That’s the end of the point. Sitting behind a jab for 12 rounds when your opponent is prone to going west with a sustained attack, is utterly ridiculous.
You got it bang on there - neither Wilder or Wallin managed a sustained attack on Fury yet one nearly knocked him out and the other nearly got a doctors stoppage. Nearly getting KOed in a match doesn't paint Fury in a good light as well - sure he showed fortitude in getting up but that he got into a position where biggest puncher in boxing could give a massive bomb when he was visibly exhausted and could barely move doesn't paint him in a good light. Fury isn't known for his punching power either - he couldn't knock out Wlad while Joshua could. Hopefully Fury will take your advice as it would make it an entertaining fight - if he does however, I would give the advantage to Joshua.
60/40 in Fury's favour imo. AJ has to knock him out otherwise he's going to be out boxed and beaten on points. AJ has also been wobbled by Vlad, Dillian and of course Ruiz. I know Fury is not considered a heavy puncher but I would like to see how AJ handles a few big shots when he gets tired towards the end of the fight.
This I agree with. If Fury goes in gungho at the beginning while Joshua is still fresh then he'll have a bad time. In the later rounds after jabbing him repeatedly and leaning on him in the clinch maybe - as long as he doesn't make the same mistake as in the first Wilder fight. It does look like Joshua is trying to fix that obvious weakness though - he had enough energy to throw a lot of big punches at Pulev in the later rounds.
It's because he's as dull as a dishwasher and has very little in the way of charisma and intelligence. It's also because of the fake persona he puts on carefully stage managed by Eddie Hearn. All of the squeaky clean "stay safe, have a lovely Christmas - stay humble" and all that ****e makes me cringe. All designed to make him look nicer than nice so the casuals will love him and Hearn can milk them of their money. AJ is one big cash cow for Hearn. Its also because of the causals who have suddenly shown an interest in boxing over the past few years and their complete buy in to the AJ cult of personality. I've actually read people debating whether AJ is better than Mike Tyson!
