I’m the same I use this site for news & instead of Google as a search engine. Faster and, mostly, funnier
When I was in primary school the Queen was visiting and we had to draw the Royal Yacht Britannia. Several years later my picture was still on the wall. Might that count? (It was still a crap drawing though)
well i went for my flu jab last week and everyone was as you say in their own little space, but when i struck up conversation with those around me, we all started chatting freely. we mustnt lose sight that we are still indeed a society despite the selfish acts of those who dont give a toss.
i must add my queue was moving along swiftly and it was less than two minutes from entering the building to being seen by a nurse. if it wasnt for the fact that i needed a different vaccine and they'd messed up and had to go get it id have been in and out in less than 5 mins too. this was new hall on cott rd.
I wonder if the same graph is available for Hull? As far as I’m aware the hospitalisation and death rate is higher here than in wave 1 Your point still stands, it’s just interesting to see locally that’s all.
My husband has problems drawing matchstick people. In history at early high school in Hull a homework piece was to draw The Piltdown Skull for which he was marked 1 out of 10. He kept his history book and showed me his attempt after we met. I laughed until tears ran down my face.
