We all want KLD to take as many shares as he can but we also want it sorted ASAP. Its gone on for to long all this now
understand and share the frustration but if you offered me KLD getting 40% announced today and KLD getting 60% announced in February I’d take the latter every day. the frustration / anxiety comes from the fact the latter may fall through at any point. But we’ve waited long enough to wait some more.
m8 some comments on a nebulous podcast does not provide any proof of any litigation process you implied had taken place.
anyway - the problem isn’t litigation between Coleman and the club, or Parkinson and the club in this instance. The club cannot confirm an incoming owner was involved in any decision making before they’ve passed the fit and proper persons test. Im not sure what the result of circumventing the test is but I’m pretty glad the club aren’t risking it
If KLD doesn't get the share ownership to his liking now, he might never be able to. Hence trying to sort it now imho.
not being a lawyer i can nether confirm nor deny that statement. however, Litigation and enforcement in the UK (England and Wales): overview | Practical Law (thomsonreuters.com) suggests court hearings are public ( with exceptions ) and as such making reporting easy. am i led to believe that such a case would not be reported on. imho this would have been all over local media.
Reading between the lines here, if he does take the EFL loan this puts a huge question mark on any inward investment ...unless i'm reading this wrong
litigations don’t have to reach court. None of this matters anyway as litigation isn’t the reason we wouldn’t ever reveal KLD was involved
if we take the loan it’s a very bad sign. He’d be a ****ing idiot if he does but let’s not pretend he’s not been a ****ing idiot before
