Half Time Team Talks

Do you think Bruce actually gives them? Or does he sit there eating a pie silently.

 

The latter I reckon. Steak & kidney

 

He doesn't really have one.. He's constantly bellowing from the touchline... He manages like he's controlling the match with a ps5 control pad...

 

Nothing ever seems to change from before half time to the period just after.

 

He probably goes for a burger and a pint on the concourse

 

Goes all Don Revie on them, rubs their legs and whispers sweet nothings into their ears

 

Does he ****, he nips round the back somewhere for a pot noodle and a ****. Useless ****er! He’s living on borrowed time and he’s getting very ****ing lucky!

 

As long as his luck keeps us up we can then bin him off after.

 

I loved Bruce's inspired response after the game when the interviewer told him we'd won back to back games for the first time this season "its hard to win back to back games in this league, it's hard to win one.game in this league".

I wonder if he bestows the inspiration and confidence into the players at half time.
