Enjoyed the McGovern save early on, but it was a bit hairy at times with the head tennis going on in our box. Nevertheless another good win. Perhaps when we play Reading we will have some concerted pressure on us to try and pick them off rather than what most teams are doing with 11 men behind the ball. I was trying to watch what Pukki was doing with his feet whether his deflection was meant, but the camera jogged just as the ball got to him.
Yep good to see McGovern get a few decent saves in to boost confidence, though he wasn't even in the same postcode for their shot that rattled the cross bar. Pukki seemed to be right up for this game. So good to have a striker who is busy off the ball, chasing down loose balls and pressing the opposition like he does. Proper strikers goal his first too. Loved it!
