I'm glad I haven't - I have a flu jab the day before the game and I always have the side affect of a slight temperature and achy limbs the next, so probably wouldn't get let in the ground anyway....
Same, although I’m sort of happy because the Sheff game is a midday KO, whereas if I get City/West Ham it means I can go for a few pints and some food at a pub before the game.
You can't just arrive at the stadium whenever you like now though. You have to arrive at the time it says on your ticket. I have to arrive at 11am on Sunday.
That's my point. If I was chosen for the Sheff game, it would be too early with the arrival times to do anything pre-match. If I get the City game, even if they want me in at 1pm, I'll be able to have a brunch/early lunch before hand. I'm hopeful that in the New Year the number of fans allowed will go up, regardless of tiers, and we'll get to go more regularly than one game in every four or five.
I’m an 11 arrival too and Blue gate. Are they really saying you have to come in on the designated road for the gate? As in I can’t come over the footbridge as usual and walk the side of the Kingsland?
Are there any instructions on handling the ball, as in return it to a steward/ball boy for sanitising rather than throwing it back to a player?
