    Stereo, you can quibble about the figures but if the truth is anywhere near that (which it is) then the pensions that public sector workers receive are only available to private sector workers if they plough half of their take home income into their pension funds. Fair? I don't think so.

    If Labour were in power they would continue borrowing and spending to such an extent that in the future there would be an even bigger debt crisis and even harsher spending cuts. I don't think anyone wants the country to end up like Greece.

    Say what you want about the Tories but at least they have the balls to make tough, unpopular but necessary decisions for the good of the country.

    It's a well known fact about Nick Robinson and unless you are very young surely you'd remember Chris Patten being a Tory MP and a past chairman of the Tory party
