Out of these I would only pick, Johnson , Howson, Pritchard, and Naughton. Gunn and Rudd are both good, but Krul is better. Ayala would certainly strenghthen CB
Id have Murphy, and Howson back for their talents and Johnson for nostalgia. Also Rudd as a number 2 keeper. To be honest I think Grabban could do a job for us too still, at this level.
Daniel Farke has no fresh injury concerns ahead of Norwich City's trip to Blackburn Rovers on Saturday. The quartet of Jordan Hugill, Kieran Dowell, Todd Cantwell and Kenny McLean returned on Wednesday to make up Farke's matchday squad for the win over Nottingham Forest and all are fit for Saturday. Farke admitted it was 'crazy' for the players to return to the squad so soon, bearing in mind they all only had one full training session with the team. Elsewhere, Farke has cited a return for Lukas Rupp and Tim Krul a week on Saturday when the Canaries host Cardiff City at Carrow Road. However, the City boss revealed Krul could feature against Reading on Wednesday but wants to see how things develop over the coming days. Good news ,good news
Yes, I just read the team news in the Pinkun and it's great to have good news on the injury front at last. Another plus is DF's description of the mood of players: "In general we have a fantastic mood in the dressing room and a great team spirit, great togetherness and camaraderie,” the German explained. "This is special, even with the players who are not always involved or are injured and can't help us on the pitch. It's quite important that they are not running around moody, that they are there and support the team. I also have to give lots of credit to the new signings, how quickly they adapted to this group and also brought absolutely positive spirit to this group." https://www.pinkun.com/sport/norwich-city/norwich-team-news-trip-o-blackburn-6730924
Interesting that he’s dropped Stiepermann after one bad performance. Hopefully it’s more just that he needs a rest.
That is a surprise. but away from home maybe a very sensible decision But we still do not have a full bench.
And we have a tough run of games coming. Maybe just trying to keep people fresh with some rotation where possible
A real test of our defence, this one, and whether it really is so much better than it was two years ago. COYY!
