I think the panel saw he turned a bunch of championship mid table bunch of players with little ability, into a bunch of ball playing athletes with the belief they can win games. Done within a low budget. I know you're an hater but even you can see that.
I like Bielsa however what he did was get a team promoted from the championship to the PL that happens every year to 3 teams now compare that to why the Bayern manager is up for the award.

Actually the things I watched did mention your inability to defend they also mentioned you'd run out of steam after a few games and look **** erm i shoulda included that in the email actually
