Administration, perhaps this is the way for Storey to get his hands on the club.

The administration talks for me looks like Donald trying to get more money from the bail out, no way we’d pay off a manager, hire a sporting director and hire a nee manager if we were going into admin

I don’t believe this administration craic. It would make absolutely no sense to bring in a decent manager and sporting director to then go into administration.

The first mistake you have made here is applying common sense

The second part of the article explains why he mentioned administration, he just wants a bigger piece of the pie.

I think we all knew that Donald on his own is taking the club to the brink of administration, he's got nothing left to put into the club financially. That's why it's comical to picture him hiring high profile staff, would never happen.

So Lee Johnson says that he was blown away and very excited by the owners group plans for the club going forward and now a few will be believing this story in the mail about administration aye reeto

I can just imagine the conversation to Johnson and speakman in the interviews
Right lads these are the plans for the club going forward very exciting as you can see oh and by the way were very close to going bust

Forget the administration nonsense which is hyperbole in an attempt to get more cash - Methven has been trying it for months.

the more alarming thing for me is that Donald is attending these meetings on behalf of the club, rather than Rodwell for example.

He’s looking less like a sleeping shareholder in the background now. With LJ saying he’s had a 2 hour conversation with him, and now he’s still attending EFL meetings on our behalf. Sure he’s still currently the majority shareholder, but this doesn’t tally with the perceived assessment that he was long gone and wanted nothing to do with things.

So basically confirmation from Don that he never had the cash to fund us, while saying a takeover is in process. I'm startled.

If he talks of being in the process of selling the club he will sell the club and not go into administration as then he will get nothing

This does raise a few questions tho. Not sure how he can any longer justify the club is worth £35m (or whatever valuation they’ve placed in it for KLD to want to pay for 40% of it) when he’s also saying we are about to go bust. They should be calling his bluff there :D

We cannot go into administration under the terms of the loan to FPP. Its a negative story so will be lapped up by some but its an absolute load of ****e

yeh. The admin point isn’t the problem for me. It’s that Donald is still invested enough to be having 2 hour interviews with the new manager and is attending the EFL meetings. Sure he’s the majority owner still but we’ve all been believing he is absolutely done with it.

I’m still firmly believing this deal is happening and it’s only a matter of time - but there’s been way too many things going on this week that are slightly uneasy.
