they weren’t gonna move the PL fixture list in week1 to accommodate a pissy qualifier for the former Intertoto champs

Mate we won the league using cryogenic chambers to help keep a very small squad as fit as possible .... so we were hardly behind on the theory side.

Belvoir Drive was fine for what it was ... a 5 minute brisk walk from where I grew up in Aylestone / Saffron Lane ... played there many times ... but it is located in the middle of a housing estate and there was no room for expansion ...

The new training complex is on a completely different planet ... and what a legacy from our fabulous owners
