Just what I've read previously, and heard from a few people in the gaming industry. Again, I did say it was down to preference really.
You read wrong. Well you didnt but probably from something when the xbox was way ahead due to being available a year early. The ps3 caught up, over took and is now baring down on the wii as the preferred console. Its also starting to see the most out of its huge capabilities. Put it this way, the US military is run on PS3 consoles.
Defence tech is at least 10 - 15 years ahead of consumer, so if you want me to believe that a military superpower is running on a modern day multi media console made by the Japanese I'd need to see some credible evidence of it
Iv still got an original xbox 360 and it works fine I know precisely what a p2p network is, i know precisely how the system works. But it goes beyond the simple gaming experience. The functionality and added features of xbox live are a league beyond. Also the use of friend lists, game invites, cross game chat, website integration, larger network user base..... just a few things
No, what console you prefer is based on personal prefrence...neither has the upperhand in my eyes I was just discussing the myths people are throwing around here about the online service, i'm a gamer first and foremost and have no desire to argue about which system has the best games as they both offer a decent showing
They have loads all connected together. Not sure what it runs exactly but was big news a while back in ps3 world. Not the only US agency to use them either. The military has 2200 ps3 consoles connected to make 1 super computer. Its been modified by the US military though so isnt your bog standard ps3 console obviously.
Wrong. I have an XBox 360 still working perfectly well thank you very much. My PS2 burned out cos I had the ****in audacity to play DVD's on it. They wanted £70 to fix it. **** off. PS3 - media machine? Don't take the piss. Blueray is already defunct. The XBox from the start was nothing but a cut down PC dedicated to games playing. Nothing has changed.
