Real shame the small amount of chavs had to spoil it for the good natured Preston fans. Preston can do without these lot. If it had been normal price to get in we probably would not have seen much trouble behind the goal & on the pitch. I remember when we visited Oldham & they started throwing coins & bottles at us in the Rochdale Road end, that was because they allowed kids in for a fiver which is why it kicked off with young fans being thrown out by the stewards & police. Sorry but if this is what happens then clubs need to learn by not reducing prices to allow this behaviour to happen. Also our club need to get more stewards & police for these type of games otherwise we are going to hit problems time & time again. We are not in the conference now were most home & away fans can have a nice chat in the same stand, them days have gone, our club need to deal with these occuring issues. Probably thanks to a few chavs it could give Preston a fine if the FA decide to look into it. Maybe they should pick out the idiots on CCTV & make them pay some of it back for the fine the club may get. Flyingplumber, what happened to all the lashers? Well that was interesting, possibly far to easy in the first 20 minutes after McLean and Tsoumou had put us two up, relaxed and let Morecambe back into it although they rarely looked like scoring. After the initial onslaught at the start of the 2nd half the game drifted along to what should have been a fairly easy win, well it would have been until a monumental cock up by Arestidou. Came for a ball outside his area and lost possession to Jevons who rolled the ball into an empty net. Just knew trhey would draw level and sure enough deep into injury time Ellison levels, still had the chance to win it Parry clean through drags his shot wide, should have scored. Penalties were entertaining, the despair as Carlisle walked up to take his, knew he would miss, Aris fantstic save from Reid and the sudden death, Ashbee's penalty landed somewhere near Barrow, up stepped Ellison with the length of run up Bob Willis would have been proud of, fantastic save by Ari. Young Miller's cool penalty before their lad skied his over the bar, should never have come to this but through. Finally first time in 11 years that I have watched PNE standing on terraces. Enjoyed that immensley. Sadly the moronic few let the club down.
