Not sure if anyone else was able to listen tonight, just thought I'd add his comments that I found interesting below:

Bowyer is the right man for the job, we're planning for January. Several times he emphasised that football is a game of probabilities and there are certain areas he can influence to ensure our likelihood of promotion is increased (Recruitment, training, injury management etc). When asked if he was considering giving Bowyer a new contract he said he has a year and a half left on his so no need to look at that yet.

He wants plans in place for each level we play at in advance, such as scouting reports for players we would sign if promoted.
In January a new striker is paramount, second to that is strengthening our attacking midfield but the striker takes priority. After that we could strengthen the wings, he made it sound like Doughty is off. He believes we have the best keeper in the league and some of the best defenders.

Half his time allocated to Charlton is spent dealing with lawyers at the moment and it's not just farnell & crew but others who were promised things or are distant associates of Southall/Farnell etc. (He didn't name them outright but we can assume it's them). He believes some are banking on him paying them off to avoid the hassle, but he wants to make it clear that Charlton aren't a club to be messed with, says the lawyers are expensive but it's a matter of principle.

He's happy with the backroom structure once the new physio is in place (should be announced in the coming days), he said he was impressed by the physio's CV.

Regarding recruitment, we have the statistical side in place but will look at the physical scouting side later down the line, Gallen has been very good at getting into games that he shouldn't be able to during COVID.

Brentford were mentioned as a club that refuse to panic or spend over the odds, seen as someone to learn from a little bit.

Rumours that we're leaving Sparrows Lane are false, we have our 15 years and facility additions have already been made with more to come imminently. In talks with University of Greenwich to potentially use some of their more advanced recovery facilities.

Hummel kit contract expires in the summer, we're in talks to get the best deal we can with Hummel and other kit manufacturers. He was surprised to see that the club shop had been outsourced and wants to take it back and expand merchandise.

Other consortiums have spoken to him over the possibility of investing, he will consider this in the longer term along with the possibility of fan shares, but there are far bigger priorities at the moment.

Finally he wants to appoint a fan liaison officer, potentially as a full time paid role...

Thanks @Miketyson2007Junior very informative. He also made out that he didn't know Scwartz with a twinkle in his eye.

Great post @Miketyson2007Junior . Isn't it nice to see how seriously he takes the club. None of the cheap and cheerfully solutions of the past few years.

    Most enlightening, thanks @Miketyson2007Junior

My assumption of the last few weeks that Lee Bowyer was on his way out was based on things Sandgaard had said back at the beginning of the season. If TS believes LB is the right man for the job, then further speculation about him seems pointless for the present.
Sandgaard knows Bowyer far better than I (or most other fans) do. And he's the boss.

Takes the pressure off this weekend in my view. And the rest of the season as well come to that.
A finish outside the top 6 is now not the unacceptable scenario I had assumed it was.

The longer term reorganisation of the Club and its return to fitness for purpose seem to be the priorities.

The club already has a fans liaison officer in young Tia Welby. Unsure why Sandgaard mentioned about employing someone in that role when it’s already filed.

I wonder if we'll ever get to see the full list of "distant associates" that Farnell/Southall &co were using to drive the club to the wall, and what spurious claims they are making? It would be interesting.

Thanks for posting this link @dick plumb
These are very sensible sounding answers from the owner. I like the fact that he isn't just willing to pay any money demanded to undeserving ESI related toss pots.

When I think where we might be in these horrible times for all Clubs if TS hadn't come along...
    I doubt we'd still exist.

We couldn't have invented a better owner than TS. Optimism + realism + money + knowing football + quick learner.:emoticon-0157-sun:
